BACKGROUND
As an ongoing effort in the strategic planning process, the Libraries are conducting ClimateQual: Organizational Climate and Diversity Assessment survey in order to better understand the dynamics of our working environment, identify areas for growth and improvement, and assess progress towards improving diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the Libraries. We are looking at enhancing and enriching our organizational culture and ClimateQUAL is an opportunity for you to report on your experience working in the Libraries and inform these discussions.
